The bell lifts the sternum.
The fit decides everything.
Wrong size, wrong seal, wrong hours, and the same device does nothing.

You were told surgery is
the only way. It isn't.
Six questions. If you're nodding at most of them, you're on the right page.
You don't need to be cut open.
You need the right pull.
Peer-reviewed studies spanning 30+ years show the vacuum bell lifts the sternum, and with daily use, the lift holds. The variable is the right device and the right plan.
Meet the
vacuum bell.
A clear, 3D-printed dome that seals to your chest and lifts the sternum with nothing but negative pressure. These are photographs of the exact device that ships to you.

Steady pull.
Reshaped cartilage.
One physical law, applied for 30+ years: bone and cartilage remodel under directed, sustained load (Wolff's Law). The bell supplies that load, without a scalpel.

A seal only a
custom fit can make
Every gram of lift depends on the airtight seal. Your bell is 3D-printed taller and oval, shaped to your depression, so the suction lands exactly on the area that needs to move, with no leaks, no nipple overlap, and no wasted pressure. It's also why generic round bells fail: they seal on almost nobody.

Suction raises the sternum,
and you watch it happen
Pump until you feel firm tension, lock the clip, and the dip visibly rises through the clear window. At first the lift lasts a few hours after each session, that in-session elevation is the raw material of correction.

Repetition makes
the lift permanent
Under repeated, directed load, cartilage and bone remodel. Session after session the lift holds longer, until it stops springing back, one analysis found over 1 cm of lasting lift after three months of daily use. Across 27 studies the success rate runs from 20% to 52%, and the single strongest predictor of landing at the top of that range is wearing it at least 28 hours a week.
The variable that decides your result isn't age. It's hours.
Wear time of 28+ hours a week is the single strongest predictor of correction, full citations in the evidence section below.
How to use it.
Four steps. A few minutes to learn, and the routine is yours for good.

Place the bell over your sunken chest and press down with both hands until it seals on its own.

Pump slowly until you feel strong tension, never pain. Your chest rises, often for the first time.

Tighten the air clip and disconnect the pump. Start at 10 minutes, then build to 2+ hours a day.

Loosen the clip, press the release, lift the bell off. Your chest sits visibly higher.
But, does it
really work?
Real people, real chests, real lifts. Every photo below is a before and after from vacuum bell use, no surgery involved.

Backed by the research,
not just my opinion.
What does the
science say?
If you're still wondering if it really works, you're not alone. But, the answer is clear. Scientific studies and real-world results say both yes, and the benefits are plenty.
In a case study by Eckart Klobe, inventor of the vacuum bell, a 61-year-old man with a 4 cm chest dent successfully improved his pectus using the vacuum bell.
The study was published in Orthopadie Technik (OT), the leading orthopedic journal in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, regularly read by 87% of professionals.
He used a 26 cm vacuum bell for 3-4 hours daily, split into 2-3 sessions. Over time, both short-term and long-term improvements were clearly seen.

"I came across your blog about a year ago and I just want to say how much you've changed my life for the better. I thought it was going to be another average article, but the tips you gave were things I hadn't heard of before. Now I've improved so much and im more confident then ever."
"read the blog for months before i actually did anything with it. no coach, no brace, just the stuff in the articles done properly. i feel a lot better now and the photos say the rest"
"Two months in and I've put on 3 kg of muscle. My chest doesn't cave the way it used to when I'm standing relaxed, and that alone was worth it."
"the bell leaves a red ring on your chest the second you take it off, and nobody warns you about that. it fades within the hour and the skin has never been an issue since. 100% satisfied - the sternum sits higher than it has my whole life"
"He knows more about this than the two consultants I paid to see, which says more about them than it does about him. Showed my GP the 9 month photos and he asked me for the website. Half a star off because the time zones make the calls a nightmare from Ireland."
"watched the youtube for six years before i spent a single cent. bought the program, did it properly for 7 months, and the only thing i actually regret is the six years"
"Had the flare since i was about 14 and just assumed that was my ribcage, permanently. Brace plus the breathing drills and my mrs asked when i'd lost weight. I hadn't lost anything, it's just the ribs sitting where they should now."
"first call he told me straight up itd take a year and id hate months 2 through 5. he was right about both lol. 12 months on and my PC is flat. took my shirt off at the beach in january without doing the whole towel thing"
"didnt know you could be breathing wrong for 21 years. thats the whole thing right there. flare started going down on its own once i stopped breathing into my shoulders, which is not what i paid for but ill take it"
"the brace is made really good, i wear it under the t-shirt at school and nobody has noticed in 4 months. my mother was crying when we compare the photos. sorry for my english"
"ive bought like four programs for this over the years and quit every one of them by week two. finished this one. i think its cus you cant move on until you can actually hold the position, so theres never that thing where you're guessing if youre ready or not"
"My son is 15 and had started keeping a shirt on in the pool, which is how I worked out something was wrong in the first place, because he certainly wasn't going to tell me. He would never have stuck with the brace on his own. It was the fortnightly check-ins that did it - he didn't want to turn up with nothing to report. Six months now and the bump has visibly come down. He swims without the shirt."
"I went in wanting to debunk it, honestly. Started opening the citations one at a time and they were real papers that said what he said they said. That is a depressingly low bar and nowhere else online clears it."

“I'm 32. Everything I ever read said the window on this shuts at 18 and after that you either get cut open or you live with it. Nine months, 5 kg on, 1 cm off the depth. Nobody is more annoyed about the wasted decade than me.”

“came in skinny with a deep dip and ribs that stuck out at the bottom. six months, 4kg up. funny thing is nobody says anything about the dip, its the flare going down that people actually noticed”

“I'm 52. I have both a bump and a dip, which I'm told is unusual, and I've had the pair of them since I was a boy. Nine kilos off in five months and for the first time my chest looks like one chest. I did not expect to be sorting this out at my age, but there we are.”

Five things a $30 bell
will never give you.
Other brands sell 3 or 4 generic sizes and a thin leaflet. Get the size wrong and you get nipple pain, air leaks and regret. Every bell I make is built for one chest: yours.

Custom 3D technology
A taller, oval-shaped bell 3D-printed to target only your sunken area, nothing wasted. Stronger, more focused lift, a better airtight seal, no nipple irritation, and it handles asymmetric pectus.

Built to last
A solid, one-piece 3D-printed body. No glued parts that fail, no fragile glass that shatters when dropped. It survives real life so your routine never stops.

Crystal-clear, unbreakable window
Watch every millimetre of lift happen in real time through a glass-like window that's stronger than glass. Won't crack, fog or yellow, stays clear for years, not weeks.
Safe, comfortable medical silicone
FDA-certified, medical-grade, hypoallergenic silicone, the same family used in medical equipment. Zero itch, molds to your shape, holds up under vacuum pressure, hour after hour.

Strong suction pump, included, plus a spare
The professional-grade hand pump comes in the box from day one. No upsells, no hidden costs, and a backup pump too, because if the pump dies, your whole routine stops.
What surgery costs you,
this gives back.
Same lift. None of what surgery adds on top.

I had it. I fixed it.
Now I help you do the same.
I'm not writing this as a doctor looking at a scan. I had the sunken chest, the flared ribs, the shirt that stayed on at the pool, and nobody could tell me what actually works.
Years of consistent, non-surgical training made mine unnoticeable. Everything on this page exists because I needed it to exist ten years ago.
I tested all of it on my own body first, then refined it every time someone hit a wall I had not planned for.

Measured to your chest,
not off a shelf.
There are no generic sizes here. You take one measurement, send it to me, and I 3D-print a bell to your exact chest. Two minutes of work for a fit no marketplace bell can match.
Unsure between two sizes? Go larger, a larger bell captures more of the chest wall, which matters most for deeper and asymmetric depressions. Message me your measurement and I’ll confirm before I print.
The bell works on some
chests far better than others.
A vacuum bell is a correction tool, not a medical override. Do not use it without speaking to your doctor first if you take blood thinners or have a bleeding or clotting disorder; if you have a heart condition, a pacemaker or an aortic problem; if the skin over your chest is broken, infected or inflamed; if you have had chest, heart or breast surgery in the last six months; if you have osteoporosis or a connective-tissue condition such as Marfan syndrome; or if you are pregnant. Stop and check in with a clinician if you get chest pain, breathlessness, deep bruising or numbness. If a doctor has flagged a cardiac or severe structural concern, clear it with them first.
No surprises between
you and starting.
No consultations to book, no waiting list, no size chart to gamble on.
The whole kit.
One honest price.
Every bell is 3D-printed to your measurements and ships with tracking, with the pump, a spare pump, the ice pack, the 90-day plan and the full Vacuum Bell Guide included. No upsells at checkout, ever.
Try the whole thing for 30 days. Use it, and if it isn't what was described, message me for a full refund, no questions asked. The risk stays with me, not you.
Common questions.
Does it actually work, or is surgery really the only fix?+
It works, and here is the honest number: across 27 studies covering 2,271 patients, success rates run from 20% to 52%. That is a wide range, and what moves you up it is compliance - wearing it at least 28 hours a week is the strongest single predictor in the research, ahead of age and ahead of how deep the dent is. One analysis found over 1cm of lasting lift after three months of daily use. The Nuss operation (the surgery that slides a metal bar behind the ribs to push the chest out) is effective, but research increasingly treats the vacuum bell as a real, comparable alternative, especially with a proper fit and a consistent plan.
Will it work for me as an adult?+
Yes. Adults in their 30s, 40s, 50s and even 60s have achieved great results. Teens respond faster because their cartilage is softer, but age is never the dealbreaker, consistency is. The 90-day plan adapts the progression to age.
How long until I see results?+
Mild cases often see change within 1–6 months; deeper cases can take up to a year. At first the lift lasts a few hours after a session; with consistent daily use it starts to hold. Depth of the dent and daily consistency are the two biggest factors.
How long do I wear it each day?+
Start gentle: about 10 minutes twice a day. Build up to a minimum of 2 hours daily, roughly an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. Advanced users wear it overnight for 6–8 hours. The plan walks you through the exact build-up so you never overdo it.
Does it hurt? What about redness?+
It shouldn't hurt. A slight tightness or pulling is the suction working. Sharp pain means you're pumping too hard, ease off. Light redness and a ring mark are normal; bruising or deep red patches mean the suction is too strong or the session too long, so reduce intensity and take a day off.
I have an asymmetric chest, will it still fit?+
Yes. Because your bell is 3D-printed to your measurement, it can be shaped and positioned for off-centre and asymmetric depressions. As long as you get a good seal and a visible lift, you’re using it correctly. Tell me about your chest when you send your measurement.
Is there a minimum age?+
There’s no lower age limit for the device itself, a 2022 study in Frontiers in Pediatrics found it safe and effective even for young children, who respond faster thanks to more flexible cartilage. For kids, involve your paediatrician and use the gentlest settings.
Why custom-fitted instead of a cheap bell from Amazon?+
Because the entire mechanism depends on the seal. A bell that doesn't match your chest contour leaks suction, needs over-pumping to hold, and bruises the edges while under-treating the dip. One built to your measurements seals at comfortable pressure, which is what makes daily consistency, and therefore results, actually possible.
How do I measure myself, what if I get it wrong?+
The guided measuring process takes about five minutes with a tape measure and the instructions I send you. Every measurement is checked personally before your bell is built, if something looks off, I contact you and we sort it before anything is made.
Do I get instructions, or just the device?+
You get the full 90-day plan with it, session build-up, suction guidance, and what to expect phase by phase. The bell is the tool; the plan is what makes it work. And if you want the deep-dive on technique, the Vacuum Bell Mastery Guide pairs with it.
Can I train and use the bell in the same day?+
Yes, they compound. Training expands and strengthens the chest the bell is lifting; most people schedule sessions around workouts (the plan shows how). The PE course covers the full pairing if you want the complete system.
My dip is deep, will a bell even move it?+
Deeper dips take longer and progress in smaller steps, that's the honest answer. The custom fit matters most in exactly these cases, because a standard bell often can't seal on a deep or asymmetric dip at all. Tell me about your chest when you order and I'll give you a straight read on expectations.
Does it ship to my country?+
Anywhere in the world, free, by FedEx Express. It ships 2–3 days after your measurements are confirmed, and you get the tracking number as soon as it leaves.
What happens after I order?+
You send your measurements, the guided process takes about five minutes, then your bell is built to them and ships in 2–3 days with tracking. If a measurement looks off, I contact you personally before building.
What if it doesn’t work for me?+
You’re covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked, 100% money-back guarantee. If the device isn’t right for your anatomy or you don’t feel you’ve received great value, message me within 30 days and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t need the box and it doesn’t matter that you’ve used it - a bell you haven’t worn tells you nothing. You cover tracked return postage; I refund everything you paid, shipping included. The fit, the kit and the plan exist precisely so it doesn’t come to that.
Is there a warranty on the bell itself?+
Twelve months against manufacturing defects. If the bell cracks or splits, or the seal or the pump fails through normal use, I replace it free - you don’t pay for the part and you don’t pay the postage. That is separate from the 30-day money-back guarantee: the guarantee covers you changing your mind, the warranty covers the device failing. Wear on the silicone rim from daily suction is normal and isn’t a defect, but tell me anyway, because a rim that’s gone soft early usually means the pressure is set too high.
