This Privacy Policy describes how mrpectus ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: When you make a purchase, book a coaching session, take the quiz, sign up for our email list, ask for a free resource, send a testimonial, or message me through the contact form or chat, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide.

How your messages reach me: Everything you send through a form, the quiz or the chat is saved first in this website's storage at Cloudflare, then emailed to me through Resend. The saved copy is there so your message isn't lost if an email fails. It is deleted automatically after 2 years.

Payment information: Card payments are processed by CaSys (cPay) for Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje. You enter your card on their secure page; your card details never touch our servers - we only see what you bought, your name, your contact details and, for equipment, your shipping address and measurements.

Usage data: We collect anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is used: pages visited, referring URLs, rough device type, and which steps of the quiz get completed or abandoned. It is not tied to you, and it cannot be used to identify you.

Cookies: We set two, and neither is for advertising. One remembers that you entered the correct password for a product you bought, so you don't retype it on every visit. The other records an affiliate referral for 30 days, if you arrived on a partner link. Our analytics deliberately sets no cookie at all, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our products and services
• Process transactions and send related information (receipts, order confirmations)
• Send you marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
• Monitor and analyse usage to improve user experience
• Track affiliate referrals and calculate commissions
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our business (payment processors, email platforms, analytics providers). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business transfers: If mrpectus is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Form, quiz and chat submissions are deleted automatically 2 years after you send them. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests

6. Third-party services

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• CaSys (cPay) / Komercijalna Banka: card payment processing
• Plausible Analytics: privacy-friendly website analytics - no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data, EU-hosted
• Brevo: email list and newsletter delivery
• Resend: transactional email (your quiz results, product access, and delivering your messages and enquiries to me)
• Cloudflare: website hosting, CDN, security, and storage of the messages you send through the site

If you choose to message via the chat widget, you are handed off to WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, and that conversation is governed by the privacy policy of whichever one you picked.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
